This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of Finland, in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Information Society Services (458/2002).

Service Pricing:

  • Free Assessment: The automated “Prophecy” report is provided free of charge.
  • Expert Services: Pricing for audits, consulting, and vPSO services are agreed upon in separate written contracts (B2B). Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute concerning a sales contract or service cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).

Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices’ Consumer Advisory Service (Kuluttajaneuvonta).

1. Nature of Information The content, reports, and “Prophecies” generated by Device Prophet are for informational and educational purposes only. They constitute a technical risk assessment based on user inputs and expert logic rules. They do not constitute legal advice, nor do they guarantee certification by any regulatory body (e.g., EU Commission, FDA, FCC).

2. No Warranty While we strive for the highest accuracy in our logic engine, regulations (such as the CRA or RED) are subject to change and interpretation. We assume no liability for the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the automated reports. Use of the free assessment tool is at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content in accordance with general laws. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from reliance on the automated assessment results, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Our service contains links to external websites of third parties (e.g., government regulatory texts) over whose content we have no influence.
