Service Pricing & Delivery

  • Preliminary Design Audit: The automated online assessment report is provided free of charge.
  • Regulatory Gap Report: Available as a one-time purchase. Delivered digitally via instant download. This product is intended primarily for business professionals.
  • Expert Services: Standard service packages (e.g., Design Assurance Audit) are invoiced according to published rates; custom engagements (e.g., vPSO) are defined in separate Statements of Work (SOW).

Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute concerning a sales contract or service cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).

Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices’ Consumer Advisory Service (Kuluttajaneuvonta).

Liability & Disclaimer (The Assessment Tool)

1. Nature of Information

The content, reports, and assessments generated by Device Prophet are for informational and educational purposes only. They constitute a technical risk assessment based on user inputs and expert logic rules. They do not constitute legal advice, nor do they guarantee certification by any regulatory body (e.g., EU Commission, FDA, FCC).

2. No Warranty

While we strive for the highest accuracy in our logic engine, regulations (such as the CRA or RED) are subject to change and interpretation. We assume no liability for the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the automated reports. Use of the free assessment tool is at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content in accordance with general laws. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from reliance on the automated assessment results, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

4. Beta & Experimental Features

From time to time, we may introduce features marked as “Beta,” “Experimental,” “Preview,” or “Smart Import” (collectively, “Beta Features”). These features rely on emerging technologies (such as Generative AI) and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. Use of Beta Features is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying any data outputs generated by Beta Features before relying on them for compliance or engineering decisions.

Our service contains links to external websites of third parties (e.g., government regulatory texts) over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.

The content, logic structure, and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to copyright law.
